What is your warranty policy?
   The Hydroponics Outlet is a retailer, not a manufacturer of indoor gardening supplies or products.

We do not offer  warranties on the products we sell. Many of the manufacturer's of the merchandise displayed on our website offer warranties on their products. We strongly advised our customers to read all the information provided with their products and to register all products that come with a warranty, directly with the manufacturer. The Hydroponics Outlet takes no responsibility for manufacturers warranties and policies. We will not honor the terms of any warranty in the manufacturer's place.
What is your return policy?
 
Here at the Hydroponics Outlet we are committed to providing you with first-rate customer service and ensuring your complete satisfaction on every order. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on new, unused, and undamaged items, (excluding any nutrients, liquids, gels, or special order items). Nutrients, liquids, gels, and special order items are non-returnable. During the 30 day return period, you may return your item(s) for a complete refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee.) We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase printed on the sales receipt. Returned merchandise must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied with your original sales receipt. If your item was damaged in transit, please see "Items That Arrive Damaged" under our Shipping Policy. Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges associated with the return of the item(s) and to accept all risk of loss for the return items during shipment. Customer also agrees that all returned items will be 100% complete, undamaged, and unused. All the original packaging materials, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer must be intact. The Hydroponics Outlet reserves the right to reject the entire return if the above conditions are not met.
How do I return an item?
 
To make a return you can either call us at (408)848-0884, email us at returns@hydroponicsoutlet.com, or use the "Live Chat" button to your left for a return of goods authorization number, (RA). Only with an RA number, will we accept any returns. Please write this number in big letters on the outside of the shipping box to avoid having it sent back to you unopened. We will not accept any returns that do not have an RA number written on the outside of the package. All returned items must be reported, and sent back to us within the 30-day return period. Refunds will be given via the same method that they were paid for (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee.) Once we receive your return, please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process the return and issue you a refund.
