| My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do? |

Please inspect your package upon arrival! If you find that your item(s) were damaged during shipping please refuse the package(s) and send it back with your FedEx driver. After you have refused the package(s), call us at (408)848-0884 to inform us of the situation and we will be happy to help rush the matter and get you a replacement item(s) ASAP. If you are not home to inspect and refuse your package, please call us as soon as you find the damages in question. Again, please try to inspect your package(s) upon arrival, we cannot stress this enough! You have 24 hrs from the time your package is delivered to call us and report a damaged claim on your package(s). We cannot issue you a replacement on any item(s) that is not reported within the first 24hours of delivery. Please keep this in mind when receiving any packages from the Hydroponics Outlet. |
| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated via "Live Rates" from FedEx prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. |
| An item is missing from my shipment. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at (408)848-0884 for assistance. |
| I received the wrong item in my order. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong item, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will immediately issue a call tag to pick up the item and send you out your correct item ASAP.

| When will my order ship? |

We ship orders Monday - Friday only. All our orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving
the order. Although most orders are processed and shipped the same day
or the next day, it may take longer if we are temporarily out of stock
on certain items. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
