Payment Policy


The Hydroponics Outlet accepts these types of payments:

Paying by credit card:       

We take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. When paying by credit card, just select the "Credit Card" option in the "Payment Method" section at checkout to complete your order. If you have previously ordered with us before and have elected the option to have your previous credit card information saved you should see your saved information after you login and reach the final checkout page.

*Note: Due to the high volume of online credit card fraud, all orders paid with a credit card MUST ship to an address on file with the bank that issued your credit card. Generally, this is the billing address. If the shipping address you list does not match an address on file with your credit card company, you can still place an order, but your order will be placed on hold until we are able to contact you and further verify your information. This is done for the card holder's protection, as well as ours.



Paying by PayPal:

 To pay for your order by PayPal, just select the PayPal option at checkout. You will then be taken to PayPal's secure payment page to finalize your order. Once your order is complete, a receipt will be sent to your email and you will return back to our website.

Note: You MUST be a verified member of PayPal in order to make a payment through PayPal. Orders paid via PayPal also must ship to a confirmed address on file with your PayPal account. If you place an order and you are not a Verified PayPal member, your order will be declined. PayPal does provide Online Merchants protection with unsecured PayPal payments in the event that the buyer and their addresses are unverified.


Paying by Western Union:

To pay by Western Union, just select the option during checkout. After you hit the "Place Order" button, you will be given instructions on how pay us through Western Union Quick Collect. After you have sent us your payment, please notify us by phone, email or "Live Chat" that you have made a payment. This helps us process your order as quickly as possible.

Paying By Check or Money Order:

If you are paying by check or money order please select the option from the checkout list. After checking out, please make your check or money order payable to: "Hydroponics Outlet" and mail it to:

We will ship your order once we receive your check or money order and it clears through our bank. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for bank clearance from the time the payment is submited.
