Return Policy
Here at the Hydroponics
Outlet we are committed to providing you with first-rate customer service and ensuring your complete satisfaction on every order. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on new, unused, and undamaged items, (excluding any nutrients, liquids, gels, or special order items). Nutrients, liquids, gels, and special order items are non-returnable. During the 30 day return period, you may return your item(s) for a complete refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee.) We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase printed on the sales receipt. Returned merchandise must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied with your original sales receipt. If your item was damaged in transit, please see "Items That Arrive Damaged" under our Shipping Policy. Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges associated with the return of the item(s) and to accept all risk of loss for the return items during shipment. Customer also agrees that all returned items will be 100% complete, undamaged, and unused. All the original packaging materials, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer must be intact. The Hydroponics Outlet reserves the right to reject the entire return if the above conditions are not met.
Defective Items:
The Hydroponics Outlet will cover the shipping costs and replacement of any defective product(s) during the first 30 days of purchase. If you have a defective item(s) during your first 30 days of purchase, please contact us so that we may rush you a replacement item(s) ASAP. We will also send you a prepaid FedEx Return Label via email so that you may return the defective product(s) back to us free of charge. Please keep in mind that if we receive the defective product(s) back and there is nothing wrong with it or there has been something done to void the products warranty, then the customer will be held liable for any and all shipping costs incurred. The customer may also be charged for the new replacement item if the Hydroponics Outlet does not receive the defective item(s) back within 2 weeks of sending the customer a prepaid FedEx Return Label. If your product becomes defective after 30 days please contact the manufacturer in regards to your warranty and any replacements you may be entitled to.
Return Procedure:
To make a return you can either call us at (408)848-0884, email us at returns@hydroponicsoutlet.com, or use the "Live Help" button down to your left
for a return of goods authorization number, (RA). Only with an RA number, will we accept any returns. Please write the RA number in big letters on the outside of the shipping box. We will not accept any returns that do not have an RA number written on the outside of the package. All returned items must be reported, and sent back to us within the 30-day return period. Refunds will be given via the same method that they were originally paid for (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking
fee.) Once we receive your return, please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process the return and issue you a refund.
